Who we are
LEADpm’s journey started with a desire to literally get a commercial decorating company on the same page and make the business easier to manage.
Working on multiple contracts for just as many clients in 2016, the monthly invoice process became a burden. Shared valuation spreadsheets with numerous edits resulted in errors that delayed payment or created additional work in order to reconcile with clients who were undercharged. The same mistakes happened in logging financial positions on each project.
The need for LEADpm was critical. The idea was planted when we decided to create a software tool to manage the project list and monthly valuations. Estimation functionality formed part of the first version of the project planning software to enable our team to estimate and create valuations in the cloud, and without errors. Being able to call up every project from almost anywhere led to greater efficiencies, fast tracked business and upscaled our capacity.
This desire to boost productivity and streamline project management with a view to continuous improvements is what made LEADpm what it is today. From its inception, LEADpm has continued to expand its management potential, enabling users to take full control of their build projects and contractor businesses.

LEADpm was built for the construction trade by industry professionals who realised a core need to streamline and simplify project management. Having gained years of experience in the building industry working alongside subcontractors, the need for a simple all-in-one construction management and project planning software tool quickly turned from a nice-to-have to a necessity.
Channeling our collective experience, learning and expertise into what became our most important “build” yet, LEADpm transformed wishful thinking into reality. In designing planning software for construction to meet our own custom requirements, we decided it was our core responsibility to create an app to help everyone build better.
